Add context after submitting a marketplace report
Preserve the original report while sending additional material through a private Support ticket.
THE ORIGINAL REPORT IS IMMUTABLE
After submission, the report and preserved content snapshot cannot be edited, withdrawn, replied to, or given another file through the report receipt. Keep the RPT reference.
ADD MATERIAL CONTEXT
Open Contact Support from the receipt, choose Safety or policy concern, and include the RPT reference with the new facts. Use the private ticket for necessary confidential context. The Support conversation does not rewrite the preserved original report.
A second active report for the same reporter, subject, and reason is rejected while the first is New, Triaged, or In review. Several recent submissions may also trigger a temporary generic rate limit. Additional context does not promise withdrawal, deletion, appeal, or a changed moderation outcome.
