Build a campaign-ready Supplier product
Create reusable product facts before adding commercial campaign terms.
PRODUCT CHECKLIST
Add a catalog category, SKU, product name, description, primary image, country of origin, lead time, packaging, and useful tags. A product requires a description, image, and origin before it can be marked Ready.
WHO CAN MANAGE PRODUCTS
Only a Supplier workspace owner or admin can create, edit, mark Ready, archive, or restore products.
FIELD RULES
• SKU: 2–64 characters. It is normalized to uppercase; use letters A–Z, numbers, and the separators . _ - only. Each SKU must be unique inside the Supplier workspace.
• Product name: 2–180 characters.
• Description: up to 4,000 characters.
• Primary image: an existing absolute site path or HTTPS URL, up to 500 characters. The product form links an image; it does not upload an image file.
• Packaging details: up to 1,000 characters.
• Typical lead time: 1–365 days.
• Tags: up to 30 tags, each up to 100 characters.
PRIVATE REUSABLE RECORD
A Supplier product is a private descriptive record. It contains no sale price and has no Checkout or payment flow. Currency, unit price, MOQ, deadline, delivery, audience, and buyer-option terms belong to a campaign created from the Ready product.
LIFECYCLE
Draft → Ready → used by a campaign, or archived if unused.
An unused product may be archived. Restoring it returns the product to Draft so its readiness can be checked again. Once a product is linked to campaign history, the product becomes immutable and cannot be archived or edited in a way that would change the historical offer underneath buyers.
Create a new product record when materially different facts must be offered after campaign history has locked the original.
