Cancel a Supplier campaign safely
Know when cancellation is available and why campaign history is retained.
WHEN CANCELLATION IS AVAILABLE
A Supplier owner or admin may cancel a Draft or Open campaign only when it has no buyer commitments or participants and its moderation review is not locked.
WHEN IT IS BLOCKED
• A submitted, In review, approved, or rejected review locks cancellation.
• Any buyer commitment history moves the record into the payment or compensation workflow.
• Payment collection, funded, closed, expired, or already cancelled states are not cancellable from the Supplier portal.
A cancelled campaign remains in history so commercial, moderation, and audit records stay intact. Never promise buyers that cancelling a draft or campaign erases prior review or participation records; cancellation changes its status and retains the campaign in history.
