Fix Agent image upload problems
Correct image format, size, count, alternative text, and moderation-lock issues.
IMAGE RULES
• Formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, or WEBP
• Maximum size: 5 MB per image
• Profile gallery: optional, with up to 8 images
• Service cover: exactly one image is required for every service
• Alternative text: required, descriptive, and 2–180 characters
When a profile gallery exists, its first image becomes the lead image. Use a standard color profile, remove unsupported metadata if necessary, and make alternative text describe the operational image rather than repeat the filename.
If controls are locked, check the review state. Submitted and In-review revisions do not allow media changes. Update images in the editable draft after changes are requested, then submit the new immutable revision for moderation.
