Understand what you retain, what permission the platform receives, and what you must be authorized to upload.
YOUR CONTENT
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant ImportersDeals a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission limited to operating, securing, improving, and promoting the platform and relevant marketplace activity, as described by the Terms.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
You must have the rights needed to provide the content and ensure it is accurate and lawful. Do not upload another party’s confidential information, personal data, trademark, image, specification, or copyrighted work without authorization.
PLATFORM CONTENT
ImportersDeals software, design, branding, documentation, and non-user content remain owned by ImportersDeals or its licensors. Suspected infringement in reportable marketplace content may use the Intellectual property reason in the Report flow. Legal Center → Terms of Service controls this summary.
