Separate campaign delivery scope from customs, duties, taxes, and independent logistics services.
REVIEW THE CAMPAIGN
Confirm the published delivery policy, eligible destination country, lead time, transaction currency, and every disclosed commercial term. A display-currency estimate does not change the settlement currency.
Ship To only filters discovery and prefills a country. Locale, display currency, browser location, and IP address are not shipping evidence. The commitment stores an explicit destination country, not a street address.
UNDERSTAND THE CURRENT LEDGER
Current campaign payment obligations store shipping and tax quote amounts as zero. A zero ledger field does not mean freight, duties, taxes, insurance, storage, inspection, or customs costs do not exist; it means those costs are not calculated by this Checkout flow.
Supplier Orders is a commitment and payment ledger. It does not track packing, dispatch, carrier events, a tracking number, delivery, or proof of receipt.
PLAN THE UNLISTED RESPONSIBILITIES
Participants remain responsible for product classification, labeling, certifications, intellectual-property clearance, licenses, permits, declarations, sanctions checks, end use, duties, taxes, customs clearance, and destination-market legality unless the exact deal explicitly allocates a responsibility differently.
Independent carriers, warehouses, inspection providers, customs specialists, and other Service Agents contract directly with the participant choosing them. Marketplace listing or messaging does not make ImportersDeals a party to that service contract or responsible for loss, delay, storage, damage, or customs outcomes.
