Publish your Agent profile and services

Build moderated public listings without overwriting already approved content.

WHO CAN MANAGE LISTINGS Only an Agent workspace owner or admin can edit, submit, pause, or resume profile and service content. Workspace members cannot manage listings. PROFILE Required profile facts include a headline of 8–160 characters, a description of 40–2,000 characters, a headquarters city of 2–100 characters and country, 1–6 capabilities, and 0–200 years of experience. A typical response time, when supplied, must be 1–720 hours. Coverage regions and languages are optional, with up to eight of each. A profile gallery is optional but recommended and may contain up to eight clear, relevant images with useful alternative text. SERVICES For each service, choose a category and provide: • Title: 3–120 characters in the service form. • Summary: 10–240 characters. • Description: 40–3,000 characters in the service form. • Coverage: optional, up to eight regions; each up to 100 characters. • Lead time: optional, 1–365 days in the service form. • Cover: exactly one image with descriptive alternative text of 2–180 characters. Quote only stores no starting price or currency. Starting at requires a positive price in a supported active currency and no more decimal precision than that currency allows. PROFILE AND SERVICE DEPENDENCIES A capability used by a published service cannot be removed from the profile until the affected service is paused or recategorized. A service revision can be submitted only while the Agent profile is published and available, and only after at least one service change has been saved. VERIFICATION AND LISTING REVIEW ARE SEPARATE Exact Service Agent verification is required for public discovery. Verification approval provisions and publishes the initial profile, but later profile edits and every new or edited service remain drafts until the exact submitted listing revision is approved. Submitted and In review drafts are locked. Changes requested and Rejected show the current moderator customer note and unlock editing. Save at least one change, then submit a new immutable revision. When an approved version is already public, it stays live while a replacement revision is reviewed; a draft never silently overwrites approved content. PAUSE, RESUME, OR RESTRICTION • Pause immediately hides an approved service from new public discovery. • Resume restores only the last approved service content and rechecks profile and verification eligibility. • A verification restriction removes the Agent from public discovery but retains stored services and existing private inquiry history. Update availability promptly. Pausing or losing eligibility blocks new requests; it does not erase conversations that already exist.
