Re-authenticate before a sensitive action
Refresh account proof before commitments, payments, binding offers, or protected settings.
WHEN IMPORTERSDEALS ASKS AGAIN
A successful authentication from the last ten minutes is required before:
• Recording a campaign commitment
• Opening Stripe Checkout
• Accepting a binding Service Agent offer
• Opening protected Account security settings
• Assigning, changing, or revoking an Admin, Moderator, or Support role
• Creating, resending, or revoking a platform staff invitation
This prompt does not mean that your password expired. It means the authentication time on the current session is too old for the sensitive action.
HOW TO CONTINUE
Use the existing account password or request a secure email link. The email address is locked to the signed-in account, and the magic link expires after 15 minutes. Campaign and payment flows preserve an approved local return path after authentication.
If offer acceptance reports that recent authentication is required, sign in again, reopen the same quote from Importer Requests, review the current offer revision, and accept only if its amount, currency, lead time, validity, and terms are still correct.
Declining an offer or requesting a revision does not use the acceptance-only recent-authentication requirement.
