Renew verification before evidence expires

Prepare replacement evidence without accidentally interrupting current marketplace eligibility.

REMINDER TIMELINE Expiry reminders are sent at approximately 30, 14, 7, and 1 day before the effective evidence date and link to the exact Supplier or Service Agent verification workspace. The earliest effective expiry among the capability's approved evidence controls eligibility. Agent license or insurance and Supplier quality certificate, export license, or brand authorization evidence therefore need accurate dates. WHO RECEIVES AND WHO ACTS Active owners, admins, and members receive reminders. Only owners or admins may replace evidence, access the confidential files, and submit a revision; members can follow the customer-visible status timeline. RENEW WITHOUT LOSING THE CURRENT APPROVAL While the capability remains Approved, an owner or admin may prepare the next draft revision and upload replacement evidence without changing current eligibility. Eligibility pauses only when that new revision is submitted, then resumes after approval. If the effective evidence date passes first, the portal shows Evidence expired. Immutable approval history remains readable, but new marketplace activity is paused. Supplier and Service Agent renewals are independent. Renew the exact capability named by the reminder.
