Search across products, categories, Suppliers, and campaigns. Set Ship To first when destination eligibility matters; results respect that destination filter.
VISUAL SEARCH
Upload exactly one JPG, JPEG, PNG, or WEBP image up to 5 MB. The image is sent to OpenAI for analysis, so never upload confidential, personal, or regulated content.
For stronger results, use a clear photo of one product against a neutral background with important product details visible. Wait for the upload to finish before selecting Analyze image and search.
The generated terms rank potentially related campaigns; they do not confirm product identity, quality, compatibility, price, availability, or commercial suitability.
VISUAL SEARCH LIMIT
Visual analysis currently allows three requests per signed-in user, or per anonymous browsing session, in a 60-second window. If the page reports too many visual searches, wait one minute and try again; keyword search remains available.
IF VISUAL SEARCH DOES NOT COMPLETE
• Confirm the format, size, and one-file limit.
• Wait until the upload is complete.
• Try a clearer image or a few descriptive keyword terms.
Always open the campaign and review the Supplier, specifications, options, delivery policy, currency, price, MOQ, and deadline before acting.
