Follow the current Terms notice and 30-day good-faith resolution process for a claim against ImportersDeals.
WHEN THIS GUIDE APPLIES
Use this process for a claim against ImportersDeals arising from the platform or the ImportersDeals Terms of Service. It does not decide a separate buyer, Supplier, or Service Agent contract dispute.
SEND WRITTEN NOTICE
Before filing a platform claim:
1. Open Legal Center → Terms of Service and review the current version and effective date.
2. Send written notice through Contact Support or to the mailing address listed in the Legal Center.
3. Identify the account and organization involved, the relevant dates and SUP, PAY, campaign, commitment, report, or other references, the facts of the dispute, and the resolution requested.
4. Keep the SUP reference, delivery record, and a copy of the notice and attachments.
Do not include a password, authentication link, full card number, secret key, or unrelated personal data.
ALLOW THE GOOD-FAITH RESOLUTION PERIOD
The current Terms require each party to make a good-faith effort for 30 days after written notice to resolve the dispute before filing a claim. Reply in the same private support record when possible so the notice, response, and supporting material remain together.
This Help Center summary does not extend, pause, waive, or replace any deadline imposed by law, a court, or a separate contract.
SEPARATE COUNTERPARTY DISPUTES
A buyer, Supplier, or Service Agent may agree to different governing-law or dispute terms for its separate sale or service contract. Those terms do not change the law governing the relationship with ImportersDeals. Send the platform notice separately when the claim is against ImportersDeals.
