Set up Stripe payments as a Supplier

Complete hosted onboarding and understand when a Supplier is campaign-payment ready.

WHO CAN START A Supplier owner or admin opens Supplier → Payments and starts Stripe’s hosted onboarding. The Supplier remains the merchant of record. BEFORE AND DURING ONBOARDING The Supplier workspace must have a valid business country before its connected Stripe account can be created. Supplier → Payments displays the current ImportersDeals application-fee percentage before onboarding. Stripe-hosted onboarding links are single-use. If a link expires or has already been used, return to Supplier → Payments to create a fresh link; do not reuse or forward an old one. READINESS CHECK ✓ Card payments capability is active. ✓ Payouts capability is active. ✓ No current Stripe requirement blocks operation. ✓ The latest account state has synchronized successfully. “Minimum requirements submitted” and “Card payments: Active” do not by themselves mean “Commitments: Ready.” New campaign publication and commitments also require active payouts and no currently due, past-due, or pending-verification work. ImportersDeals shows a privacy-safe requirement summary rather than Stripe’s exact requested information. Continue in Stripe-hosted onboarding to review and provide the exact details. The payments page shows capability status, current requirements, last synchronization, and refresh actions. A later Stripe requirement or stale or failed synchronization can temporarily block new commitments until the account is refreshed and eligible again. Already accepted payment records also recheck current card-charging readiness before opening or reusing Checkout. HOW CAMPAIGN CHARGES WORK Eligible campaign charges are made directly to the connected Supplier account. ImportersDeals retains the disclosed application fee, and the Supplier remains merchant of record. Product records are separate from Stripe and never become independently payable; buyer payment obligations are created only through eligible campaigns.
