WHAT IMPORTERSDEALS DOES
The platform publishes MOQ-based opportunities, pools Importer demand, records commitments, coordinates transaction status, and may review, verify, rank, moderate, suspend, or remove activity for platform safety.
WHAT IT DOES NOT BECOME
Unless a separate written term says otherwise, ImportersDeals is not the buyer, seller, manufacturer, distributor, importer or exporter of record, customs broker, freight forwarder, carrier, warehouse, insurer, fiduciary, or agent of a participant. Verification and moderation are not endorsements, inspections, or guarantees.
Suppliers remain responsible for offer accuracy, capacity, specifications, title, authenticity, and conformity. Importers decide suitability and perform commercial due diligence. Open Legal Center → Terms of Service for the controlling agreement.
