Understand workspace roles and portal access
Business capabilities choose portals, while organization roles control the actions available inside them.
PORTALS AND CAPABILITIES
Importer, Supplier, and Service Agent are separate organization capabilities. One organization may hold more than one capability, and one account may belong to several organizations. Open Workspaces to choose the Importer, Supplier, Agent, or assigned staff portal you need.
ROLES INSIDE A BUSINESS
• Owner — highest organization authority.
• Admin — manages authorized business operations.
• Member — participates with more limited permissions.
Binding actions such as submitting business verification are restricted to an owner or admin. Members can view the verification status but cannot change the application or access confidential evidence. If a portal is missing, confirm the signed-in email and ask an organization owner to review your membership or capability.
