Use a secure guest ticket link

Verify your email, open the exact private request, and recover from an expired access link.

HOW GUEST ACCESS WORKS 1. Submit a request from Contact Support. 2. Open the private email link for that exact SUP ticket. 3. Confirm access on the intermediate page. 4. Continue in the guest ticket conversation. The confirmation step prevents automatic email link scanners from activating access. A guest link is tied to one ticket, expires after 14 days, and must not be forwarded. Staff replies, status changes, and reopen events send a generic update email with a usable secure link; ticket content is not copied into the email. The credential may be reused while it still has more than 24 hours of safe validity, so every update email does not necessarily contain a newly issued token. IF THE FIRST LINK DOES NOT ARRIVE You may request a limited resend. Wait at least 60 seconds before retrying. An unverified request can issue the original link plus two resends—three links in total. Resend is disabled after the email address is verified. The resend result is deliberately generic and does not confirm whether a new email was issued, a cooldown applied, or the limit was reached. If access remains unavailable after the limit, submit a new Contact Support request. Invalid or expired links return you to Contact Support. Attachments become available only after the submitted email address has been verified.
